港口码头快速定量装车系统的研究

Research of rapid quantitative loading system for port terminals

摘要: 针对港口装车物料主要以金属矿石为主,不同于煤炭装车系统,对闸门设计强度要求较高的问题,提出了新型颚式闸门代替平板闸门的设计方案,并对两种闸门在不同物料下的强度进行了对比,颚式闸门能够解决港口装车系统对闸门设计强度要求高的问题。针对粉矿粘性强,易粘壁堵仓,物料扬尘大通过改变漏斗设计形式,由矩形漏斗改为双曲线漏斗,该设计方案在港口装车系统中的应用,提高了港口码头快速定量装车系统的装车稳定性和装车效率,并为高密度矿石装车系统的研发提供了设计思路。

Abstract: Loading ports in bulk, mainly metal ore is different from the coal loading system, the strength of the gate to demand higher problem, put forward the new type of jaw crusher gate instead of flat gate design, and on the strength of the two types of gate under different materials are compared, the jaw gates meet the port loading system according to different materials require high strength of gate design problem. Aiming at the strong adhesion of the powder ore, easy to adhere to the wall, the material dust can be changed by changing the funnel design, and the rectangular funnel is changed into a hyperbolic funnel .This paper improves the loading stability and loading efficiency of the rapid quantitative loading system of the port terminal, and provides the design idea for the research and development of heavy metal loading system.
